What is podcasting?

Podcasting is the method of distributing multimedia files, such as audio programs, over the Internet for playback on mobile devices and personal computers.

How do I use the podcast?

To use a podcast you must subscribe to it using a program on your coumputer such as iTunes. Once you have subscribed to a podcast your program will download the podcast acording to your settings. Once you have downloaded the audio files you can then listen to them on your computer on transfer them to a mp3 player, such as an iPod.

You can download iTunes for free from apple.com. iTunes works on a Mac or PC. For a direct link click here.
